Address water scarcity
Reducing the use of new materials, volatile organic compounds and water intake are environmental initiatives in Nissan Sustainability 2022, Nissan's first comprehensive sustainability plan announced June 7, 2018 in Yokohama, Japan. Nissan aims to reduce water intake per unit in global production by 21 percent by FY2022, compared with FY2010.
